1. The first stage of the championship is held online.
2. Any certified Master over 18 years old can participate.
3. The deadline for applications to participate is until February 14, 2025, at 23:59 Moscow time.
4. The deadline for submitting works is until February 15, 2025, at 23:59 Moscow time.
5. Judging will take place from February 16, 2025, to March 5, 2025.
6. Results will be announced on March 14, 2025.
7. The championship is held in three categories: classic eyelash extensions, volume eyelash extensions, and colored eyelash extensions.
8. Applications are submitted on the website.
9. After submitting the application, the participant must pay the registration fee within 3 days; otherwise, the application will be canceled.
10. Registration fees (payment for participation) are non-refundable. This is a voluntary contribution. In case of disqualification, registration fees are non-refundable.
11. After payment, each participant is assigned a number.
12. If a participant wishes to compete in a category multiple times, they must register each time. For example, if a participant wants to submit 3 works in the "classic" category and 1 work in the "volume eyelash extensions" category, they register 4 times, receiving 4 different numbers.
13. Works are accepted via a Google Drive link in folders labeled with the participant's number. If the participant registered multiple times, the number of folders will equal the number of registrations.
14. The allowed age of the model is no less than 16 years.
15. The model is prohibited from having permanent tattoos in the eye area.
16. In the "classic eyelash extensions" and "volume eyelash extensions" categories, the model can only have light base makeup, lipstick, and groomed eyebrows. Overly done makeup will result in the work not being accepted for judging.
17. In the "colored eyelash extensions" category, elements on the face (except around the eyes) are allowed to create a look.
18. Pulling or cutting natural eyelashes is prohibited.
19. The use of false eyelashes is prohibited.
20. The use of pre-made fans is prohibited.
21. Using a volume less/more than specified in the criteria/regulations is prohibited.
22. The use of any photo retouching is prohibited, including photography with makeup mode and skin smoothing. In case of violation, the participant will be disqualified.
23. The use of products to fix eyelashes is prohibited.
24. Photographs of the works must be taken according to the angles specified on the website. If the angles do not match, the work will not be accepted for judging.
25. It is prohibited to take photos of models with certificates in the background and studio posters, logos, social media nicknames, and in general, revealing the identity of the Master. In case of violation, disqualification will occur.
26. Signing your work is prohibited.
27. Publishing your competition works anywhere before the announcement of the results is prohibited.
28. Performing the work on oneself is prohibited.
29. Any deception of the judges or organizers will result in disqualification.
30. Non-compliance with the regulations will result in penalty points and/or disqualification.
31. Each participant receives a certificate of participation in the championship after the championship final, between May 25 and May 30, 2025.
32. The winners of the World Championship in each category will receive trophies and prizes from sponsors.
33. Each participant will receive their scores by May 30, 2025.
34. Finalists will receive their scores by May 30, 2025.
35. As a result of the first stage, a ranking of the participating countries will be compiled - "TOP 10" in each country. The country will participate in the ranking if the number of participants is not less than 20 people. The ranking will be published in the official media of the Championship.
36. Finalists (1st, 2nd, 3rd, 4th, 5th place) in each category will be invited to an in-person competition in Dubai. The organizer will pay for the flight, transfer, and hotel.
37. If a finalist declines to travel to Dubai, the cash equivalent will not be paid to the participant.
38. If participation in the final is declined, the opportunity will be transferred to the next participant in the ranking (No. 6, No. 7, etc.).
39. The responsibility for visas and the validity of the passport at the time of travel lies with the participant.
40. The participant can resolve their doubts by contacting the organizers through the communication channels indicated on the website.
